Subscription Plans and Billing Overview

cineflox.com offers a range of straightforward paid subscription plans. Depending on the plan you choose, your account may be billed on a 15-day, 30-day (monthly), or 365-day (yearly) basis.

You are free to cancel your subscription whenever you wish. After cancellation, no further charges will be applied to your account.

Refund Policy and Customer Complaints

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do at cineflox.com. We want each subscriber to feel confident and content with their purchase. While we have specific refund guidelines in place (outlined below) to maintain the quality and fairness of our offerings, we will always go the extra mile to address any concerns you may have.

For any subscription that includes an event, refund requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the original scheduled start of the event. Refunds will not be processed after this cut-off window. If the event you purchased becomes sold out, refunds for that particular event are no longer available. These rules exist to maintain fairness and consistency across all events for every subscriber.

cineflox.com does not provide money-back guarantees for promotional trial offers or for Pay-Per-View (PPV) purchases. After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. To the extent permitted by law, payments related to renewals are non-refundable.

For Pay-Per-View (PPV) events, no refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed. If a PPV event is rescheduled, your purchase will automatically transfer to the new date, and refunds will not be available in such cases.

We do not provide refunds for events you missed. It is your responsibility to be available during the scheduled time. If you miss your event, we will do our best to place you into another event of comparable value, but availability is not guaranteed.

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact our support team — there's often a quick fix or alternative solution available. Our agents work hard to resolve issues and improve your experience. When sending a refund request, please share the reason for your cancellation so that we may try to retain your business by addressing your concerns.

For security purposes, the credit or debit card used for the original purchase must still be valid at the time of the refund request. Refunds cannot be processed to expired or cancelled cards.

If you use someone else's payment method, you understand that we may issue a refund to the cardholder upon their request, provided the account meets the criteria for a refund under this policy. Such refunds may interrupt or end your access to the Services.

Restrictions and Forbidden Conduct

We trust our users to interact respectfully and lawfully with our platform. You agree that you will NOT:

  • Impersonate another individual or use someone else's Account Information without proper authorization;

CINEFLOX.COM MAKES REASONABLE COMMERCIAL EFFORTS TO MAINTAIN ITS SERVICES BUT DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS AT ALL TIMES, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CINEFLOX.COM, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, OR EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE WITH REGARD TO THE SERVICES FOR: (I) ANY AMOUNT GREATER, IN TOTAL, THAN THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU HAVE PAID TO US; (II) LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FAILURE TO FULFILL ANY OBLIGATION, INCLUDING GOOD FAITH OR REASONABLE CARE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES; OR (III) ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

YOU AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS DESCRIBED HERE REPRESENT A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK AND ARE A CORE PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS, THE SERVICES COULD NOT BE OFFERED. Certain jurisdictions may not permit these limitations, in which case some may not apply to you.

General Provisions

Severability and Waiver

Should any portion of these Terms be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force, and the invalid clause will be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent. If either party fails to enforce a particular right or term, this should not be considered a permanent waiver of that right.

Changes to These Terms
